Elementor widget tutorial
Use this guide to place PDF Viewer Nova on an Elementor page and share a document in minutes.
01 Install and activate Elementor.
Go to Plugins -> Add New, search for Elementor, then click Install Now and Activate.
02 Open a page in Elementor.
Create a new page or open an existing one, then click Edit with Elementor.
03 Find the PDF Viewer Nova widget.
Search for PDF Viewer Nova in the Elementor sidebar, then drag the widget into your layout.
04 Choose the PDF and publish the page.
Pick a file from the Media Library or paste a file link, then adjust the basic viewer settings.
Click Update or Publish when the document looks right.
05 Use a few simple launch checks.
- Give the viewer enough height for comfortable reading
- Check who can view and who can download before going live
- Open the page on the front end and test the document once yourself
WordPress editor tutorial
Use this guide to add PDF Viewer Nova in the WordPress editor.
01 Open the WordPress editor.
Create a new page or post, or open an existing one for editing.
02 Make sure the page is using the WordPress editor.
Before adding the block, confirm you are working in the standard WordPress editor view.
03 Insert the PDF Viewer Nova block.
Click the plus inserter, search for PDF Viewer Nova, then add the block to the page.
04 Choose the PDF and publish the page.
Select a file from the Media Library or paste a file link, then adjust the basic settings.
Click Update or Publish when the reader looks right.
05 Use a few simple launch checks.
- Use Wide or Full width when the document needs more room
- Set the viewer height before publishing
- Test both reading and download access on the live page
